Dyplast Products has joined the North American region of Kingspan's Insulation Division

Kingspan Insulation LLC, a subsidiary of the Ireland-based Kingspan Group plc which is the global leader in high performance insulation and building envelope solutions, has successfully completed the acquisition of Dyplast Products LLC. Dyplast Products will join the North American region of Kingspan's Insulation Division.

Dyplast has established itself as a market leader in multiple industries and applications including energy / LNG, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, refrigeration, cold storage, and construction, among others. The Dyplast acquisition will serve as a platform for Kingspan to develop a technical insulation business in North America that combines Dyplast's firm foundation with the advanced capabilities Kingspan has globally.
